If you wish to use the Messenger Service Integration:

You need to first install it on your PC

1. Download the Msn Messenger Application
2. Install on your PC
3. Refresh the Contacts page

1. Downloading the Msn Messenger Application

Make sure you check the box  "Run this program from current location"

After the download is finished it will ask you if you want to install and run
Click YES to continue

Click YES to accept the License Agreement

Accepting the terms will complete the download and start the Install Wizard

2. Installing on your PC

Next step is the MSN Messenger Wizard

If you have signed in, MSN Messenger it will remain open even if you shut down CU

3. Refresh the Contacts page

Click on the Refresh Icon after you complete your Messenger Download

Now you the page where your contact information is stored and retrieved
