Click on the Shortcut you created on your Desktop

or go to Start/Programs and find the Setup Assistant

Personal Information:

This is where you enter your own name, nickname, and email address.

If you don't enter a nickname, it defaults to your first name and last name

Adjust Video

Next Step  is where you can chose your capture device and adjust your video

If you have video, then the program has found your camera already

Click on Device to chose your capture device if you have camera you wish to use

Performance

Next Step is setting up your Network type, Video and Video Quality

The choices for Network Bandwidth are

Modem 56k
ISDN   64k,
ISDN 128k,
Cable Modem/DSL
T1
Internal LAN T1
Custom

Choose Custom as the defaults are too high for most rooms
Standard settings are 18/28

Video Size

This is the place where you also set up the size of your video

Small is        160 x 120  (SubQCIF)
Medium is    176 x 144  (QCIF)
Large is        352 x 288  (CIF)
