Here is where you can be notified if someone tries to DC (Direct Connect) you.

Access Control Section
Prevent calls from those you don't want
This helps you put restrictions on the CUseeMe calls that are made and that are accepted.
Access Control has NO effect on
CUseeMe calls made from the Contacts page, including Instant Message calls.
It also has no effect on Messenger Service calls.
Messenger has its own tools to manage who sends you Instant Messages and CUseeMe 5.0
calls.
Refer to the Messenger online help for details.

Never do NOT allow any
outgoing/incoming calls
Always allow outgoing calls at all times
Using the Access List allow outgoing calls based only
on the Access List
When you click on Enable Access Control or Password , the following appears

Once you enter a password and click on OK, Access Control is
activated
and it looks like this:

To make changes to the Access List, click on the Disable
Access Control button.
A dialog box displays where you enter the password you set, as shown here:

After you enter the password and click on OK this appears

When you finish making changes, you must enable Access
Control again.
Click Enable Password Control and enter your password.
Then click OK
When Access Control is enabled, only the person with the
password can add or
modify the Access List. You must first disable Access Control in order to modify the
Access List. Then, when you click on Access List..., the following displays:

Use the Access List to keep a list of sites and persons you
trust.
You can add, modify, or remove entries at any time by disabling
Access Control and displaying the list.
If Outgoing Calls is disabled this message appears
