IF you have trouble doing a "Self Reflect test"

Try unchecking the "Always try H323 first...."  

Video

This is where you can also change your video codec

H261, H263 or MJPG

NOTE:   When H263 is selected the video quality defaults to 75%  
                When MJPG is selected the video quality defaults to 25%

Video Size

This is also where you can select your Video Size

128 x 96 is the Standard
