Network

Change your MAXIMUM send and receive

Suggested is Custom 20 send 40 receive

All the other Settings have pre-defined or "default MAXIMUM settings

Gatekeeper

Assists others in locating you using an alias such as your email address or phone number.

I have the box unchecked "enable Gatekeeper"

Directory Services

This is where you decide if you want to advertise your information on the ILS (Internet Location Server) Directory.
This is where others could find you and DC you.
So for you ladies make sure this box is NOT checked

Call Notification

Also known as the "Listener". This is where you want to know if someone is trying to DC you.

Ladies UNCHECK the "Automatically accept incoming calls" Box


There is also an ICON in the system tray (a bell) for the Listener.

This does load up at startup. So if you dont want this to be loaded, then UNCHECK the box "start to notify me of incoming calls as soon as the machine is running. Then it will only load when you start CU-SeeMe Pro.

The listener also remains in memory after you closed the Conferencing Companion.
When you shut down CUCORE totally it will go away.


Collaboration

This is where you can share the Whiteboard and other applications
The whiteboard allows you to share pictures and drawings.

If checked the Application Sharing ICON  will be enabled while in a Reflector

If checked the WhiteBoard ICON will be enabled while in a Reflector/Video Chat Room
