General

You can uncheck the "Launch WP conferencing Companion when the machine starts.
Especially if you have more than one CU Version you might want to run.

Personal Information

Here you can change your nickname, if you use another nickname on different Reflectors/Video Chat Rooms.

Audio

Here you can turn on or off the microphone
Use the Audio Tuning Wizard to fine tune your audio settings
Select and change the record and playback devices

Video

Preview your video (Test) before you enter a ref
Change your video image/format size
Change your video quality
Change your Capture device (camera)
Format: Digital Image Format Stream Settings

Check this box "Automatically send video at the start of each call

Standard is the small image size setting 128 x 96

Change your video quality

Faster Video (left) is 0                                        Better Quality(right) is 100%

H263 defaults to 75%     Mjpeg defaults to 25%
