INSTALLING PMATRIX CODEC (Mjpeg)

For Windows 95

A self extracting EXE archive is downloaded.    Run (double click) the PMMJPEG.EXE and move/expand into a directory of your choosing.    I suggest making a folder named Pmatrix under the C:\

There are 4  .inf files :        Rename-to-OEMSETUP.INF-for-Win95

                                      Rename-to-OEMSETUP.INF-for-Win95-Secondary      (leave alone)

                                      Rename-to-OEMSETUP.INF-for-WinNT                         (leave alone)

                                      Rename-to-OEMSETUP.INF-for-WinNT-Secondary      (leave alone)

Rename the file:            Rename-to-OEMSETUP.INF-for-Win95    to

                                      OEMSETUP.INF

Two methods for renaming the file:

1.     Right click and a menu drops down, and select rename.

2.     Left click on the file twice and it turns blue, then delete all but OEMSETUP.INF  or by retyping it.
