Once you get on a ref you can also do changes to your settings.

You may want to try using the "Self-Reflector" 127.0.0.1 to play with these settings first to get comfortable.

Use the Manual Dial feature to dial it.

Here you can save chat and print the chat

The same feature is accessable on the Public Chat bar

Edit Menu

You can cut, copy, or paste chat and you can access the Customize menu

Conference Menu

You can private chat a person by selecting their name from the list

You can also click on their vid and select private chat

You can also do a "close all" vids which refreshes video in a ref then open one at a time

Turn off auto open vids here

Setup Tool Bar as Text  and/or  Icons

Set the number of vids you want to appear on your board and the size ratio

You can set up your own chat to show up in your chat box with a different color and size

Chat Extensions Tab

Here is where you can make Macros

Here is where you can filter a person's chat

Hardware Tab

Change your Send/Receive maximums here.
Make sure you check "use custom settings"

Change your video settings (tweek them) here also by clicking on format tab

Configuration Tab

Change your Codec here

Also adjust your video quality here
